Important information for visitors to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show
- The show is an open air event and is subject to varying weather. Please check the weather forecast on the day and wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- For safety reasons, access to certain areas may be restricted in extreme weather conditions.
- All show tickets are for single entry only. Re-entry will not be permitted once you have left the venue.
- For reasons of comfort and safety, children under the age of five are not admitted to the show.
- Only guide and assistance dogs will be allowed.
Chelsea Flower Show Draw Terms and Conditions
- This prize draw is open to Crocus Club members resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Crocus and the RHS, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
- Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entries must be submitted via www.crocus.co.uk and entry is restricted to one per person. Late or incomplete entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
- All entries must be received by midnight on 04/05/2015.
- The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winners or should the winners be unable to accept the prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prizes to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Tickets will be sent out via Royal Mail (Recorded delivery) and will require a signature.
- The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
- The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show venue, accommodation, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
- The prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
- Crocus is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of RHS Chelsea Flower Show organisers.
